The design of the TILTCO-P50 curtain wall systems uses a combination of PVC, steel and aluminium profiles:

  • Steel reinforcements provide the structural strength to transfer wind, traffic and dead loads safely to the building structure

  • PVC profiles encase the steel structure and create in combination with gaskets and isolator a highly insulated profile package

  • Mullion and transom are linked by specially designed connector to suit the preferred installation method

  • Fixed lights, panels or opening elements can be incorporated

  • Aluminium pressure plate and cover profiles form the outside with a wide range of design possibilities(color and shape)
